Note: As we proudly own both Cultivar Cultivar and CrossFit Aftermath, we offer reciprocal membership between the two gyms, giving our members access to facilities and programs at both locations to further enhance their fitness journey.

CrossFit

Our flagship program focuses on constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements to enhance overall fitness. Workouts include elements like biking, running, rowing, weightlifting, and gymnastics, aiming to improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibilty, and more.

Suitable for individuals of al fitness levels, CrossFit at Aftermath emphasises safety, efficacy, and efficiency.

Olympic Weightlifting

This specialised program focuses on the two classic lifts: the snatch and the clean and jerk. Designed to improve strength, power, speed, and technique, Olympic Weightlifting develops explosive athleticism and total-body control. Sessions include skill drills, accessory work, and progressive training tailored to your level.

What to Expect: Technical, structured sessions centered on lifting form, with coaching that ensures safety, progression, and results

Target Audience: Athletes of all levels seeking race-style competition.

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is a fun, safe, and engaging way to introduce children to fitness through functional movements and play. This class focuses on improving coordination, balance, strength, and endurance in a kid-friendly, energetic environment.

Target Audience: Children ages 7-11.

What to Expect: Fun exercises that develop children's motor skills through movement.

CrossFit Teens

CrossFit Teens is designed for teenagers (ages 12-16) to build strength, improve fitness, and develop healthy habits. The class uses age-appropriate workouts that focus on building strength, conditioning, and athleticism, while fostering teamwork and discipline.

Target Audience: Teens looking to get stronger, fitter, and build athletic performance.

Olympic Lifting

This class is dedicated to the technique and training of Olympic weightlifting movements: the snatch and the clean and jerk. Ideal for people looking to improve their lifting technique, increase strength, and enhance people performance.

Open Gym

For those who prefer a more flexible training schedule, our Open Gym hours provide access to our facilities with open gym access available to members. This option allows individuals to work on personal goals, follow individualised programs, or engage in additional training outside of scheduled classes.

Target Audience: Individual who are self-motivated and experienced enough

to train independently.

What to Expect: An uncoached session where you can follow your own program, work on skills, or make up missed workouts at your own pace.
